- 'Diwali Rummy Tournament' is open to all Club players.
- Participation in the 'Diwali Rummy Tournament' is on a first-come-first-serve basis. RummyCircle cannot be held responsible for any player not getting a seat.
- The Golden DRT Finale winner will get 1 KG GOLD & ₹ 1 CRORE. The images of the gold used in the promotional communication are for representational purposes only. They may differ from the actual model of the prize to be awarded. The decision of RummyCircle will be final and binding in this regard.
- The Golden DRT Qualifier winner gets GOLD COIN & a ticket to enter the Golden DRT Finale.
- 1 KG GOLD & GOLD COINS will be made up of 22-Karat Gold
- Participating in Golden DRT Qualifier alone does not guarantee entry to the Golden DRT Finale. To enter the Golden DRT Finale, participants must play DRT Golden Qualifier & win the Golden DRT Finale ticket.
- The winners of the 'Diwali Rummy Tournament' will be announced at the end of the tournament in the 'Tournament Details' section.
- The GOLD COIN winners must fill in a survey to claim the 1st Prize of Golden DRT Qualifiers. The survey will be visible on the platform once a player wins the 1st prize in a qualifier. If the winner does not receive any survey, they are requested to reach out to the team at support@rummycircle.com within 7 days of the completion of the tournament.
- The Customer Support Team will reach out to the 1 KG GOLD winner within 24 hours after the completion of the tournament over the registered email or phone call to collect their addresses for delivery purposes. If the winner does not receive any email or phone call, they are requested to reach out to the team at support@rummycircle.com within 7 days of the completion of the tournament.
- If the winners are not KYC verified, then they must verify their KYC documents to claim their prizes.
- PAN Card Name should match the name on the KYC document.
- In case of any dispute in the selection of the winners, the decision of RummyCircle shall be final and binding.
- The manufacturers/brand owners of the above-mentioned prizes (GOLD COINS & 1 KG GOLD) are not the sponsors of any promotions.
- Cash prizes will be credited to users' RummyCircle accounts instantly after Tournament completion.
- The TDS amount (30%) on the value of 1 KG GOLD must be borne by the winner of the 1st prize in the Golden DRT Finale.
- The Golden DRT Finale winner must place a claim request for the 1 KG GOLD within 30 days of the completion of the tournament. If not, the prize would be forfeited.
- Winners will receive GOLD COINS & 1 KG GOLD within 60 days of winning.
- No cash shall be paid in lieu of the GOLD COINS or 1 KG GOLD. No request shall be entertained for the exchange of prizes of any value.
- RummyCircle reserves the right to modify or withdraw the 'Diwali Rummy Tournament' at any time without prior notice.
- To be eligible to claim the non-cash prizes (GOLD COINS & 1 KG GOLD), the winners must be willing to provide a written and video testimonial that captures their personal winning experience. The RummyCircle team will be reaching out to the winners for the same. RummyCircle reserves the right to use these materials for marketing and promotional purposes. The team retains the right to review, edit, and approve the testimonials. The decision of RummyCircle in this matter shall be final and binding.
- Each participant consents to their name, login ID and amount won being referred to by RummyCircle for RummyCircle's promotional and marketing purposes.
- By accepting the GOLD COINS & 1 KG GOLD, the winner also agrees to release RummyCircle and its affiliates from any and all liability, loss, or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of the prize.
- This tournament is valid only in India. Players of Andhra Pradesh, Nagaland, Assam, Sikkim and Telangana are not eligible to participate in the 'Diwali Rummy Tournament'.
- Participation in the game/tournament from banned states is not permitted from States where real money games are not permitted. Any person participating from a banned state by using any altered means shall not be eligible to any prize and shall be subject to legal action by the Company.
- Employees of RummyCircle are not eligible for participation.
- One player can have only one account on RummyCircle. If multiple accounts from the same player are detected, all prizes won will be canceled.
- The Terms of Services are applicable to all services offered by RummyCircle. Any violation of the Terms of Service at any stage may result in disqualification from the 'Diwali Rummy Tournament', forfeiture of prizes, and such other action by RummyCircle stated as per the Terms of Service.
- Players in breach of any of the terms and conditions of the promotion shall not be eligible for any reward and may be additionally subject to consequential action(s), as may be decided by the Company at its sole discretion.
- The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of the tournament or cancel the same without any advance notice at its sole discretion. All Players agree to abide by the terms and conditions stipulated by the Company.

FAQs
Q1. What is the importance of Minimum Chip Balance in the game?
Minimum Chip Balance determines if a player can continue playing in the current round; it also determines their eligibility to move to the next round.
Q2. How do I become eligible for 'Rebuy'?
To be eligible for 'Rebuy', you should have the required balance in your RummyCircle account.
Q3. How do players qualify from one round to the other?
Players will qualify for the next round based on their chip balance. If they meet the minimum chip balance criteria to move to the next round, he/she would qualify for the same.
Q4. What will be my rank if I have the same chip balance as that of another player?
If players have the same chip balance they will get the same rank and the next rank will be skipped. The prizes of the two ranks would be divided between the two.
For example, Player A & Player B have a chip balance of 1350 and are both ranked at 50th position.
50th Position had the prize of ₹1000
51st Position had the prize of ₹500
So, the prize distributed to both Player A & B would be = (1000 + 500) /2 = ₹ 750.
Q5. Once eliminated, will I be able to rejoin the round with 'Rebuy'?
No, you cannot rejoin a round after getting eliminated by using 'Rebuy'. 'Rebuy' only allows players to buy more chips so that they can continue in the game.
Q6. What if I don't want to 'Rebuy'?
You will not be able to proceed with the game, if you don't 'Rebuy'.
Q7. Are 'Rebuy' chips refundable?
'Rebuy' chips are non-refundable. Once you have purchased the chips, you cannot return them to get a cash refund.
