Company is hosting a tournament called "Free Bike Fiesta" for one day pursuant to which the winners may receive a bike/other white goods as determined by Company ("Whitegoods") as per the sole discretion of Company ("Offer").

Winners have the option to opt for either the prize or equivalent amount in a wallet. If the winners decide to opt for an equivalent amount in a wallet, the cost of the prize will be determined by RummyCircle and will be subject to TDS as per applicable laws
If the Whitegoods includes a bike, then Company will only provide the ex-showroom price of the relevant bike to the winners. All relevant taxes, duties, registration charges, fees and all incidental expenses are to be borne by the player.
If the Whitegoods comprises of a bike to be given out by Company then delivery of such bike will be solely dependent on its availability/waiting period and other associated factors which are beyond the control of the Company and the winners will cooperate with Company in this regard.
Winners will receive the Whitegoods within 60 days from the date of address shared and claiming the prize, subject to the point above.
In case of non-availability of Whitegoods due to unavailability / stock out, user will get cash in lieu of such Whitegoods i.e. ex-showroom price of the bike/cash equivalent of the particular Whitegoods being handed out as determined by the Company
The winners will receive an email confirmation or phone call about the winning prize within forty-eight (48) working hours from the completion of the tournament. In case a winner does not receive an email or phone call, the winner is requested to contact our Helpdesk for further queries within seven (7) days of the completion of the tournament. The customer support team of the Company will attempt to reach out to the winners once, in case the winner does not respond, Company will go ahead and process cash in lieu of Whitegoods
The selection and distribution of cash and non-cash prizes are at the sole discretion of Company and are non-transferable
The images of the Whitegoods used in the promotional communication are for representational purposes only. They may differ from the actual model and colour of the prize to be awarded. The decision of Company will be final and binding in this regard.
Cash prizes will be credited to users' RummyCircle account instantly after Tournament completion.
The winners of the "Free Bike Fiesta" tournament will be announced at the end of the tournament in the 'Tournament Details' section.
Players must be KYC & PAN verified to claim their cash and/or non-cash prizes. The details of PAN should match the KYC document details.
In case of any dispute in the selection of the winners, the decision of Company shall be final and binding.
Company reserves the right to cancel, extend, modify or withdraw the Offer at any time without prior notice and without incurring any liabilities. Company's decision regarding the same shall be final and binding on the players.
Non-cash prizes must be claimed within 30 days from the date of winning. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prizes

Company offers no specific warranties/guarantees with respect to the Whitegoods other than what has already been provided by the company who owns the Product.
Company will not be liable for any direct, indirect and consequential damages relating to the Product/e-voucher/this offer.
Players shall indemnify and hold harmless Company, its affiliates, directors, partners and employees from any claims, losses or damages suffered by Company in relation to any fraudulent acts, breach of applicable laws, misuse of this Offer and breach of these Offer Terms and/or Terms by the players.
If a player is involved in any kind of fraudulent activity on RummyCircle app/gameplay (as solely determined by RummyCircle), breach of applicable laws or breach of these Offer Terms and/or Terms in the set offer period then the player will be disqualified and will not be eligible to receive the said Product/cash prize. The decision of Company in this regard shall be final and binding.
In case of any dispute in relation to the Offer, Offer Terms and/or Terms, the decision of Company shall be final and binding.

₹2000 Bonus Terms

This offer is valid for the first deposit made by players on RummyCircle through online payment options only.
Validity: The offer may be discontinued/withdrawn by RummyCircle at any time for any reason whatsoever and RummyCircle shall not be responsible or held liable for any damages/reasons in any circumstances.
Bonus Offer value: When a player adds cash for the first time, the relevant player may receive a 100% Bonus amount (upto a maximum amount of ₹2000) as solely determined by RummyCircle.

The RumyCircle Terms of Service as specified on the RummyCircle website/App, as amended (“Terms”) shall also be read and complied with along with these offer terms.
The most recently amended offer terms in relation to this offer shall be applicable to this offer on the current date, regardless of the fact that the user/player was projected different offer terms in the past while availing this offer, unless otherwise determined by RummyCircle.
This offer shall be valid from November 22, 2024, until December 22, 2024 (“Term”) (or as solely determined by RummyCircle).

Unless otherwise determined by RummyCircle (i) once the users who become eligible to receive the silver and gold coin voucher, successfully receive the same, they will not be eligible to receive another silver and gold coin voucher (ii) the silver and gold coin voucher is not shareable/transferable by the users who become eligible to and have received the same (iii) the silver and gold coins voucher is for one-time use only and cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offers (iv) a user shall have no right to request for a new silver and gold coin voucher once the silver and gold coin voucher in their possession has already been redeemed.
RummyCircle will not be liable for any direct, indirect and/ or consequential damages relating to the prizes or this offer.
If users/players are involved in any kind of fraudulent activity on RummyCircle App/gameplay (as solely determined by RummyCircle), breach of applicable laws or breach of these offer terms and/or Terms in the set offer period then the users/players will be disqualified and will not be eligible to receive the prizes. The decision of RummyCircle in this regard shall be final.
RummyCircle reserves the right to cancel/terminate/withdraw/extend this offer at any time without citing any reasons or choose not to provide the prizes to the eligible RummyCircle users at its own discretion.

If applicable, in certain cases wherein (i) there arises any kind of service disruptions or internet disconnections which results in an incorrect prize or error message being displayed to you or (ii) cases wherein we have erroneously communicated to you that you have won a particular prize through various mediums (including but not limited to) SMS, WhatsApp, email, phone call etc., in such scenarios, we will communicate to you the correct prize, if any, as soon as possible along with a brief description of the errors due to which such miscommunications or errors have occurred. You will only be entitled to the prize that has been communicated to you correctly and not pursuant to any technical glitch or any other errors. The decision of RummyCircle regarding the same shall be final and binding.
RummyCircle will not be responsible for any kind of service disruptions and consequential events in relation to the offer and awarding of prizes/winnings shall be as per our sole discretion.

Users/players shall indemnify and hold harmless RummyCircle its affiliates, directors, partners and employees from any claims, losses or damages suffered by RummyCircle in relation to any fraudulent acts, breach of applicable laws, misuse of this offer and breach of these offer terms and/or Terms by the users. In case of any disputes, the decision of RummyCircle shall be final and binding.
