  • ‘Platinum Club Winners’ Tournament is open to Platinum Club players only
  • Participation in the ‘Platinum Club Winners Tournament’ is on a first-come-first-serve basis. RummyCircle cannot be held responsible for any player not getting a seat.
  • Prizes for the tournament include both cash and non-cash rewards. The selection and distribution of non-cash prizes are at the sole discretion of RummyCircle and are non-transferable.
  • The images of the non-cash prizes used in the promotional communication are for representational purposes only. They may differ from the actual model of the prize to be awarded. The decision of RummyCircle will be final and binding in this regard.
  • Cash prizes will be credited to users' RummyCircle account instantly after Tournament completion.
  • The winners of the ‘Platinum Club Winners Tournament’ will be announced at the end of the tournament in the 'Tournament Details' section
  • Players must be KYC & PAN verified to claim their cash and/or non-cash prizes. The details of PAN should match the KYC document details.
  • In case of any dispute in the selection of the winners, the decision of RummyCircle shall be final and binding.
  • RummyCircle reserves the right to modify or withdraw the ‘Platinum Club Winners Tournament’ at any time without prior notice. RummyCircle’s decision regarding the same shall be final and binding on the players.
  • The non-cash prize winners will receive an email confirmation or phone call about the winning prize within twenty-four (24) hours from the completion of the tournament. In case a winner does not receive an email or phone call, the winner is requested to contact our Helpdesk for further queries within seven (7) days of the completion of the tournament.
  • To be eligible to claim the non-cash & cash prizes, the winner must be willing to provide a written and video testimonial that captures their personal winning experience. The RummyCircle team will be reaching out to the winners for the same. RummyCircle reserves the right to use these materials for marketing and promotional purposes. The team retains the right to review, edit, and approve the testimonials.
  • Non-cash prizes must be claimed within 30 days from the date of winning. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prizes
  • A 30% TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) will be applicable on claimed prizes.
  • Winners have the option to opt for either the prize or equivalent amount in a wallet. If the winners decide to opt for an equivalent amount in a wallet, this value of the prize will be determined by RummyCircle and will be subject to TDS as per applicable laws.
  • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release RummyCircle and its affiliates from any and all liability, loss, or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of the prize.
  • Winners will receive the non-cash prizes within 60 days from the date of address shared and claiming the prize.
  • This tournament is valid only in India. Players of Andhra Pradesh, Nagaland, Assam, Sikkim, and Telangana are not eligible to participate in the ‘Platinum Club Winners’. Players from banned states attempting to participate by altered means will be subjected to strict action by the Portal.
  • Players in breach of the terms and conditions of RummyCircle shall not be eligible for any reward and may be additionally subject to consequential action(s) as may be unilaterally decided by the Portal.
  • Employees of RummyCircle are not eligible for participation.
  • One player can have only one account on RummyCircle. If multiple accounts from the same player are detected, all prizes won will be canceled.
  • The Terms of Services are applicable to all services offered by RummyCircle. Any violation of the Terms of Service at any stage may result in disqualification from the ‘Platinum Club Winners Tournament’, forfeiture of prizes, and such other action by RummyCircle stated as per the Terms of Service.
  • This game may be habit-forming or financially risky. Play responsibly.
